Espero que al recibir esta carta se encuentren bien de salud al lado de sus familias y quienes le rodean. Después de hacerles este pequeño corto saludo paso a decirles lo siguiente:
El motivo de escribirles es porque me siento muy contenta por la ayuda que ustedes nos regalan y que nos apoyan siempre para seguir adelante. Les doy gracias porque Dios les toca el corazón de brindarnos esta beca y que siempre nos sigan apoyando.
Mis padres les agracen por su apoyo y también le agradecen a Marling porque ella también me ayuda y me dice que siga estudiando que aproveche el tiempo. Estoy muy contenta y feliz y le pido a Dios que les siga dando fuerzas que los proteja siempre a todas sus familias. Espero que no se olviden de nosotros como también nosotros no nos vamos a olvidar de ustedes porque son unas personas de buen corazón y que apoyan a las personas pobres de pocos recursos y que Dios los ha escogido especialmente a ustedes.
Me despido de ustedes. Que se encuentren bien de salud y dándoles gracias por su apoyo y por su amable atención hacia nosotros y hacia los demás personas.
Me despido cariñosamente con un beso y un abrazo. Que Dios los guarde siempre.

I hope that, upon receiving this setter, you are in good health and with your families and those that surround you. After this short little greeting I would like to tell you the following:
The reason I write to you is that I feel very glad about the help that you have given us and that you may always support us so we can get ahead. I thank you because God has touched your heart to give us this scholarship and that you may continue to help us.
My parents thank you for your help and also thank Marling (scholarship coordinator in Somotillo transl.) for her help because she too helps me and tells me to continue studying and to use my time well. I am very glad and happy and pray to God that He may continue to give you strength and always protect all your families. I hope that you will not forget us as we will not forget you either because you are good-hearted people and you support poor people of limited resources and God has chosen you especially.
I am taking leave of you. May you remain in good health and thank you for you help and your kind attention towards us and others.
I wish you an affectionate good-bye with a kiss and hug. May God always protect you.
